Your fee covers:
Tournament fees (Not including gate fees)
Uniforms (tops & pants)
Team helmet & bag
Practice facility access
Team insurance
Coaching & training
Camps & clinics
We accept Venmo, cash, or check/money order:

Cash: Please give directly to your coach
Check or Money Order: Made payable to Westside Diamonds
Yes! Our standard payment schedule is:
$250 due at the time of contract signing
$250 due by September 1st
$250 due by October 1st
Yes — Westside Diamonds is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Player fees and donations may be tax-deductible depending on your tax situation.
Receipts available upon request.
Once registered, you’ll receive follow-up details including:
Practice & tournament schedules
Access to team communications
Any additional waivers or forms
All payments must be completed by October 1st, unless otherwise arranged.
